"If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! Shannon Tutor is rude and unprofessional as well as Cee Jay Stokes. All they care about is making money. They wont fix anything! My dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator didn't work and were never repaired or replaced even though I put numerous work orders in. Walls are paper thin that I can hear the neighbor upstairs fart. Apartments are LOADED with bugs and mice. No exterminators scheduled at all. Unqualified maintenance man. This property is nothing but a newly built projects. Rent for 1 bedroom is $726. You can rent a 2 bedroom house for $650 elsewhere!! I. DO NOT RECOMMEND, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN OR DISABLED!! I MOVED AFTER 2 MONTHS IT WAS THAT BAD! In response to Shannon's 2 cents on my review that is a bold face LIE!!! Of course you are going to make stuff up about me so people will move to that complex just like you claim to be the owner of this property lol. You do not own this. Mr. Yates does!! If anyone wants to see the pictures of everything I said in my review please don't hesitate to reach out. I do not need your luck in finding a home. I have a 2 bedroom house and rent from a very kind lady. Perhaps you need some help with your PTSD!!"
