"It was a great stay . Breakfast was lovely only issue I had , I checked in at 12 at night and I had to wait almost an hour to get checked in I was looking for someone to check me in and nobody was found until a lady came in with a bag from the store and waited 10 more minutes to get checked in"

"Ambience and rooms were awesome but no deinking water in room. Pathetic They allowed us to eat outside food in lounge as we eat HALAL food ( not available in hotel) and we appreciate it a lot... thanks buddy who allowed us"

"Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed for 2 weeks and the staff made us feel right at home. The location is so close to everything. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Something I found different about this location is the GM is super involved and you can tell how much the hotel and guest mean to them. In my opinion this is what stood out to us. If you’re coming for a night or moving to the area I highly recommend staying here. Definitely will be back in the future!"

"We had to stay from Dec 27—March 21st because or pipes busted on Christmas Day and this is where the insurance sent us. The staff is so nice. The breakfast lady Kathy ( she doesn’t work there anymore ) was amazing, so nice and went around checking on people eating. The front desk people are so great Stephenie & Leslie and all are very very nice and helpful. Everybody loved our pup Angel. The manager is really on top of things and the maintenance man is so very nice. House keeping staff well….. we had a few that was hateful and lazy, our favorite one was the managers daughter she was really nice and cleaned the room very good every time. The hotel is very nice. They made our stay feel like home. We really felt safe there. Thank you Townplace oh and I noticed on here there was a low rating because their room was in the back next to the freeway, ours was as well and it never bothered us at all."

"Nice newer hotel. Clean & spacious room. No hot water at check in. We were told to wait because demand was high. Tried again at 8pm - still no hot water. Tried shower in the morning, still no hot water. Freeway noise was noticeable. Breakfast was good- not excellent. There was powdered eggs, bacon, bagels, hot oatmeal & waffles. Lots of toppings including sugar free."
