"This apartment complex is very quiet and well maintained. The apartments represent quality. My wife and I visited many options in Hopkinsville and this complex was the best by far. However, what made our decision complete was the property manager, Jannedh. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to insure our move went well. She was very knowledgeable and we immediately trusted her. I can’t say enough about her. Jannedh is the best!!!"

"Griffin Gate apartments are centrally located to major routes and the freeways. Direct freeway access is so convenient going north, south and east. The apartment complex is very quiet and I enjoy the rural feel with farming about 5 minutes. The apartment that I have is spacious with medium size crown molding; laminate floors in living room, dining room and hallway and carpet in bedrooms. A linoleum is in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The kitchen has lots of cupboards and counter space; and stainless steel appliances. A major disadvantage to the apartment is that one has to pay extra for washer and dryer. Of eight other apartment complexes in Clarksville that I toured that were not considered luxury included these appliances at no additional cost. For paying over $1200.00 a month I find this a negative in all aspects. It makes me wonder if I am paying a higher prorate for water without having these appliances and being only one person in a two bedroom. Another negative aspect is all of the apartment entries inside the apartment…6 times in less than 3 months. Waiting all day for someone to do this and then they come when just getting out of the shower and hoping can get dressed before they open the door to enter…ready or not. I personally do not like all of the “smart” aspects..door lock and thermostat. The mandatory online rent payment is a negative for me as I prefer control of my banking info. This will be the main aspect that will not keep me from renewing my lease. One bright spot renting here is tne apartment manager, Jannedh. She is a gem in more ways that are probably overlooked. After the dumpsters are emptied she goes throughout the complex and picks up all the trash that is on the ground. She works long hours and tries to placate the renters problems as courteously and politely as possible. A good person that always puts her best foot forward to represent the NXGen Management and the apartment complex. Would recommend Griffin Gate Apartments especially to someone new to the area."

"Yes while people might think that the price is higher then most apartments in the area. I will have you know that they always say you get what you pay for and that is so true in this case not only is this an amazing place to live but the property management that over look these apartments really take care of you and in a Timely manner they are always so nice and work with you to get any of your issues resolved.
