"I request the room they don't have electric in the room they give me a second room with no Electrics they knock in the door 10:30 in the morning I have to waiting for the Uber in the lobby the girls say she cannot wait so it's going to give me only 30 minutes the water in the shower fill it up in the middle of the top it's up to you guys"
"Head to have my family stay here for a night due to the Clarksville tornado, it was the closest place we could get a room. I read the reviews posted by previous guests of this hotel, and the reason I'm rating this hotel higher than most of them is that I can tell the owners and staff are really trying to improve the place. Everything that I asked for, the staff did their best to accommodate and were very helpful. Good hot water. New door locks. The room amenities such as the beds, furniture, and TV looked very much updated from what I've read in these other reviews. If I had to say that anything needed improvement, it's that our bathtub wasn't clean and the toilet looks like it is getting old and needs to be replaced. If you're in a pinch, this place will do."
"Worst worst worst place I have ever stayed. Found a used condom on the floor and my 6 year old son almost grabbed it. The room was not clean all they did was move us rooms and the 2nd room was not clean either. They refused to comp us the room or give me any kind of discount it was absolutely disgusting motel the place should be shut down. If I could give negative starts I would."
"Even though I literally brought the "manager" 8 bedbugs in a cup that came out of room 106 the room I paid for he still seemed to not care. The parking lot was just as nasty as the rooms are. Idk how their still able to run a business in that condition but it's absolutely ridiculous! I'll never go to the slum hole again and I strongly suggest no one else does either."
"Floor was decent, no air upon entry, bathroom was in horrible condition with low ceiling and multiple broken ceiling tiles. Top cover on bed had stains & used own sheet without uncovering bed out of fear of what rest was like. Non smoking room but had musky smoke residue. No ice. No customer service, zero hospitality. Would not recommend room to anyone ever."
