"These ladies were very racist. Horrible experience. When I called in they gave me one price and said no taxes if you’re paying cash, which is fine with or without taxes but upon arrival they were not nice nor helpful and upped the price $400 more dollars. The set had a tag price on it and they wouldn’t honor it. What business turns down a customer willing to pay full price in cash because of their race? Ridiculous. I could tell they did not want me to buy their furniture. I had $4000 and the living set was $1299 the living room set went from $1299 to $1700 plus $120 delivery fee for 3 miles. Plus it was the last one meaning I would be buying something several people have came in and sat on. ** Update to the responder. I never asked for a discount or to pay a lower price. I wanted to pay the original price which said $1299 but after seeing who I was Jackie said oh this is a $1700 set lol what a joke. But it’s completely fine as I went to Andrea’s furniture down the street and spent my $4000 and got actually a way better set so thank you."

"I had a great experience overall, Wendy was my sales rep and I didn’t feel like someone was pushing a sale on me. They have high quality furniture at reasonable prices, and I’ve shopped around for what I was looking for, so I got a pretty good deal. Once I decided on a sofa set, I kid you not, the finance process took less than 20 minutes and I was out the door with my receipt and my furniture to be scheduled for delivery the next day. I received a phone call that evening that the delivery drivers would be here at noon, and sure enough there were at my home in a timely manner. I love my new reclining super comfy set. I will return. Kudos to Wendy for the exceptional customer service!"

"I do not even know where to start. I went to this place in search of a Vanity for my makeup. I walked around and was impressed with their pieces and the affordable prices. The vanity that I saw on the floor and chose, was good quality so I decided to go ahead and finance it. I believe the price was $549.00. I went to go pick it up the next day, but they ended up giving us the wrong one. They gave us the bigger, more expensive one actually, but me being an honest person, I called to let them know. They were about to close so they said the movers would come by the next day to drop off the correct one and take the wrong one back. I was like sure, no problem. Fast forward to the next day, the furniture arrives and this is what I am handed (see pictures). I can't even begin to explain the disappointment I felt. And let me just say, this is not the exact same model I saw on the floor that I had wanted. The handles are different. I was willing to oversee that, but as I unwrapped it more and more I saw just how bad it was and decided that NO, this was NOT okay. I called to let them know and they said returning was not an option, that my only option was to choose another piece. I thought, no. this is crazy. The fact that you thought it was okay to even SELL a piece like this is so frustrating. You can tell they probably pay someone in Mexico like $100 dollars and then sell it here for 500+. If you want to sell furniture of this quality, fine, do it. I would buy it. BUT do not sell it for that price and expect for the client to be okay with it. Because I was financing, calling the credit place was another headache. The workers there took their sweet time sending over cancellation paperwork. I would NOT recommend shopping here. The customer service is horrible when you try to express your concerns. And the manager is nowhere to be found and apparently can't even be contacted through phone to speak with. As you can see, the furniture was banged up, you can still see the wood through the bad paint job, the plastic left marks on the mirror and wood dust was still seeping through, making it look dirty. If this is what they are going to be delivering, then the pieces they have on the floor should look like this as well so people know what they are truly buying. Just go to IKEA or Nebraska."

"Bad experience I purchased a set of dryer and washer New ones and I received used ones I complained twice and this guys sent me again another used ones, I’m still waiting any solution from the manager to resolve my situation I Don’t recommend purchase home appliances at this place ... this is the second time I received used machines instead the new ones I bought, take a look and judge...."
