"I want to say first. That the payment employees were always kind and helpful. But that's about the only good thing out of our purchase. First, when they went to drop off our building they told me they had enough blocks to set it on, turns out they didn't and we had to find about 300 bucks worth of blocks real quick to set our house on when they dropped off and its still not raised enough for good plumming. Second. When we went inside they didn't install our loft and had to come out later that week and install it. Third, about a month later when we received some rain the roof started leaking, not once but twice they had to come out and fix it. Also come to find out our building size Is off about a foot or so. The building as a whole seems rushed and poorly built for what we paid for it. Will not be purchasing here again or recommending them to anyone."

"I’m giving this company of one star because I’ve spoken to a a lady today name by Julie Jones No customer service skills very unprofessional, ghetto, rude not for the company not for the people she is just all messy I purchase a Shed on Friday today’s Tuesday I’ve been calling since Friday to let them know that there was water damage on the shed on the roof and the door doesn’t close. They’ve been giving me the runaround nobody’s helping me Inell Julie Jones is acting like since I’ve purchased the shed with the water damage I have to keep it and pay the $5,200.cause she’s not putting no warranty and because they’re not gonna fix it. I just want to let Dirksen company know that I’m not a clown and if they think that I’m gonna be stuck with the shed and they don’t get repaired or fixed they can have it back and I’ll get my money from the credit card people"

Built exactly as we had requested and in a timely manner. Delivered by professionals and put precisely on the pad prepared. I would highly recommend DPB to anyone searching for a professionally constructed building. The entire staff was very friendly and caring."
