"DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Not only was their appraisal of the property over $60,000 undervalued based on other appraisals completed at the same time, but they do not know how to use property income adjustment from a business to value a commercially used property. Once they were asked to refund us for an incomplete and improper appraisal, they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. There are too many other options for people to use someone who does not know what they or doing or how to take responsibility."

"Horrible experience w ith this agency. They represented the seller in our house deal. They lie, act in malice and scam thier way through deals. They hired an electrician to bring the issues back to correct after the inspection discovered them. This guy they hired doesn't have a license on file anywhere in the state, the city nothing. And the guy they hired was fou d out by the state and he has since returned the money he was paid to avoid jail. I've had another electrician come out and was shocked at how poorly the works was done. Still can't get them to actually complete the agreed work. Held the money we should have received at closing for over a week just because he wanted to be difficult. As we continue to discover multiple contracts issues where he and his client, mostly him from what we can see did. Don't use these folks, don't buy from anyone using these folks. Horrible company, horrible work practices and they will scam you out of everything given the chance. Davin Ramage was the malicious and straight up useless agent. Who clearly lied, tried to hide it and failed."
