Mayfield Plaza Apartments

"Another year has past Updated:Do not move here! Been nothing but a headache for 5 years. My 75 yr old mother n law has seen over 10 managers in an out of here, neighbor keeps picking door locks to steal, gets harassed by neighbor who is well known by police and no one will make this lady move. Washing machines are always broken, managers are never in office, and there is no security control. Old review: New owners!!! And they aren't from California. This place will change now! Update: saw the maintenance lady trying to grab a fedex box off mom n laws door step. Thieves! EDIT:It's been a year since my review, not much has changed. Maintenance is horrible, still have not fixed/caulked windows(you can see outside), someone who has keys to apartment is still coming in using bed, bathrooom, and stealing food, jewelry, etc when she isn't there, and now under new management AGAIN! These concerns have been sent to all management before. :1yr agos EDIT: Under new management and some of our concerns are being addressed. If these things improve my ratings will go up. Do not live there! Move 73 yo mom there and was infested with bedbugs, apartment gets broken into regularly, has had 10 managers in past year, and wants to charge $35 to change the locks."

"I’ve lived here 4 1/2 years and haven’t personally had any problems. I find tha if you are a good neighbor then more than likely you’ll get respect if you show respect. Some times it’s best to keep a small circle when living in apartments! Pretty much mind your own business unless it effects you or if someone is being mistreated or the property is being vandalized. I take very good care of my place and I’m thankful to have a home.. it’s what you make it!! My building is great and thank God my neighbors are the best!! Grateful for real!! Our manager is doing great.. thanks to our staff here Melissa Jan Tina!! Maintenance Greg David!!"
