"They price is right. However, current manager lies, nothing gets done timely, nothing gets done when they say it will be done. Door rubs on carpet, request that door be shaved down? “They (the management company/owners) won’t do that.” “Can you ask?” “Well I can, but they won’t have the door shaved.” How about if I do it myself? “They will charge you for the door. Shower head stem leaks? “Take a bath.” Shower head leak repaired (rescrewed the stem into fitting)? Job finished? Paint not touched up, gap around shower stem left unsealed, trim (escutcheon) not reset, not sealed. Broken water line below your building slab? Make a note of it and do nothing. Water leak flowing out the foundation? Did a trench so it ponds along the building; dig an ineffective drainage trough to correct ponding. Water from the leak soak your carpet and pad, standing water on your vinyl floor? Pump water from under the slab. Water starts flowing out form foundation next day? Stare at it, go home early. Carpet and pad soaked? “Get a fan.” “Run your air conditioning.” Ask to have carpet (already 7 years old) and pad replaced, and underfloor dried with industrial fans? No reply yet... I like my unit, I like the price, I hate the complete lack of customer service. Dismissive incompetent liars."
