"I currently live in the townhouse apartments and, for the most part, have enjoyed my stay. I can't hold the tenants responsible for things such as noisy neighbors. The quality of the interior of the apartments are nice but our up stairs masters bedroom did not come with a fan which caused our room to become hot quickly. The only option for any TV or Internet provider is time Warner Cable which is a little upsetting. Response time of management to a issue varies. We have had a wide range of being replied to in hours to days. However when our ac broke down, the tenants where quick to have someone look into and repair the issue."
