CVS Pharmacy

"Difficult to reach a real person via phone. Menu difficult to get through. They dropped call numerous times. When I tried to ask a follow-up question they hung up before I could ask. Am going yi look for another pharmacy that takes my insurance."

"I am always having issues getting prescriptions filled. When they do have the medication they take forever to fill it... like 48 hours to get my epilepsy medication that i have on automatic refill. For the past week they tell me they don't have a prescription for my son so I finally call his Dr to ask if they sent it in they said yes I confirmed with the Drs office it was sent to the correct pharmacy and what day and time it was confirmed I call CVS and the lady who answered was rude told me they dont have it. I repeteated the information my sons Drs office gave me she then told me that doesnt change anything and I need to call the Dr and then hung up on me. I called his drs office then they called CVS while I was in hold and said when they got back on the phone with me she was rude to them as well. This is a very unprofessional pharmacy."

"Worst pharmacy in Lexington. I used this pharmacy all my childhood and they were amazing! When I was sick as a child I loved going to cvs and it brings back good memories with my mother. Now every person in the pharmacy has been in a permanent bad mood for the past 10 years… especially the last 3 years. They act like you are being a huge inconvenience, like they are mad you just walked in the door. Tonight was the LAST straw for me. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, they close at 8pm I pulled up to the window and it was 7:56, and she pulled the curtain down in my face, & their was only 1 other car behind me. I’m sorry but you are supposed to be open until 8. I’m in healthcare and I understand it is stressful, but most people don’t get off work until 5/6 and have children to feed. I sat for 30 minutes for someone to pull a curtain down in my face because those last 4 minutes were worth more to the employee. That was very inconsiderate, and extremely rude. I will not be using CVS again. & I urge you not to as well, honestly idk how anyone does anymore."

"If you need any meds within 2 weeks and hours of work pick a different phamacy. and even than if theres more than 2 figgure they will "lose" at least one script a few times before they will fill it."
