"This is the way a Pharmacist and pharmacy should be. Hands down BEST CVS to visit in Lexington, KY. The Pharmacist, Jonathan is always happy, very nice, and makes you feel welcome. You do not feel like a number here. With so many people in and out of pharmacies these days, not many pharmacists know you by name, only visiting them monthly, but Jonathan always welcomes me by name! This will always be my pharmacy of choice as long as Jonathan and team is here. 5 stars!!"

"This is the best pharmacy I have used in Lexington, and have been going for about 5 years consistently. Each pharmacist is attentive, helpful, and kind. Service is very efficient and using CVS' online refill feature makes it even faster. They really go above and beyond. (random tip: don't mistakenly park in the target pickup spots for pharmacy pickup, target employees will try to have you towed, lol)"

"Miss Erica is amazing! She's very friendly and attentive. Miss Erica went above and beyond to help get my prescription and to figure out what was going on with my insurance. Even though I was irritated, not at her which I made sure she knew, Miss Erica worked diligently and calmly on my situation. The power was out at the usual location I go to, from the wind storm. Urgent Care said they'd send the scripts to the Upper Street location, but Miss Erica didn't receive them. She called, got my scripts and got them filled for me today at her location. I appreciate your kindness and efforts!! Thank you for all that you did for me!"
