CVS Pharmacy 2000 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40503

"I had a major surgery and the pharmacy refused to fill my medications because of a mistake that the hospital made. Even with the doctor calling and explaining the situation they still wouldn't give me any of my prescriptions, so I went the first night after major surgery without any of my medications. The pharmacist that called and talked to me was very rude and hung up in my face. I would never speak to any of my patients the way that he spoke to me."

"Horrible. No communication with patients. Meds being canceled with no notice or not being filled due to insurance issues, which is easily remedied by a call to the patient to contact insurance company. Will be pulling all scripts from CVS and moving to a better pharmacy."

"Excellent, kind and knowledgeable. Could not ask for a better experience. I was picking up a new prescription, that I was apprehensive about and this pharmacy tech calmed my fears and gave me advice."

"They have ZERO accountability and they don't care. They'll spam you with calls/messages even when you opt-out, but they'll claim they can't reach out to your doctor to verify you were prescribed refills that don't show in their system! In three years I haven't had them acknowledge that I say not to auto-refill, they just do it anyway. I've complained and they just shift the blame."

"The worst pharmacy in Lexington. I live a 2 min walk away and I'd rather drive across Lexington to a different pharmacy. The pharmacist are over worked and impatient. The staff is very unhelpful. When told it would be a few minutes​ to fill a script that should have been filled an hour and a half ago I asked exactly how long it would take, the response was another, very rude, "a few minutes"."
