"Beautiful complex for a very reasonable price!! My apartment was move in ready with no issues and the staff was amazing! Anytime I ever have any maintenance issues they are always there to fix it fast and efficiently. Also special shout out to the property manager Kaitlyn, she is always there to answer any questions and made the move in process a breeze! She is a doll!"

"This apartment appears to be nice but in reality is pretty disgusting. Residents stand in front of the buildings smoking which for non-smokers is gross. Residents can’t even throw trash in the trash bins so it attracts stray cats. The trash guy constantly drops bags during pick up and leaves the trash bay wide open- the property just leaves it (can’t wait until the smell for the summer). The complex didn’t even bother to clean my unit before move in so the past residents hair was all over the shower and toilet. I also replaced most of my light bulbs because they were burnt out. The stairs are slippery when it snows and maintenance does not shovel. There are no dog poo bins so residents leave dog poop everywhere. DO NOT let them tell you they work with an appliance company for the washer and dryer - they do not work with them they refer them and you’ll wait forever for your washer/dryer that you have to pay for - some luxury complex. The big gym they claim on the website smells terrible and half the equipment is broke. The dog park is just a giant field with no fence. There’s tons of random loud thumping that comes from the walls even though I live on the top floor. It sounds like someone is walking on the roof or living in the walls. The HVAC system sounds like an airplane and the maintenance guy refuses to fix it he says the one in my building is just louder - funny how that wasn’t mentioned during my tour! The refrigerator leaks. The leasing agent told me she’d get me a mail key I moved in on the 8th and that still hasn’t happened. I could go on and on. Just avoid! Out of here and soon as possible!"
