Springs at Hamburg 2151 Meeting Street, Lexington, KY 40509

"I moved in back in December and could not speak more highly of the staffing at Springs of Hamburg. Beverly and Jonathon were exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions easily. The property is well maintained and the apartment that I am staying is the perfect size. There is plenty of storage space and the apartments are well laid out. My favorite aspect of this apartment is the beautiful kitchen and the spacious living room. The only thing I wish there was more of is parking. Because I enjoy hosting people the lack of spaces and need for guest passes is cumbersome if you want to host a crowd. Besides this, nothing but good things. Looking forward to seeing this place in the spring!"

"First, I'd like to say this an absolute lovely place. The apartments are nice and the community is very well taken car of. I'm only giving a 3 star, because of lack of visitor parking with no alternative solution around getting temp parking passes from the office that are dated and specific to that guest's vehicle. I would have assumed that if you rent a 2 or 3 bedroom apt, you would have at least 1 visitor pass to use at your discretion (or have a dedicated # of spaces with that unit), but that is not the case. You get one sticker for your car per driving person on the lease. And forget renting a garage to make it easier when you have a guest, because if you rent a garage you HAVE to park there, you can't park in a space. So I'd say if you are a person who likes to host dinner for friends or family few times a month or have movie night with your siblings, this is not the place for you - bc getting a dated parking pass from the office each time (which you can only do when office is open) is a huge inconvenience. But, if you rarely have company or will never have company, however, then this place would probably be a 5 star rating for you."
