Townley Park Apartments

"Absolutely love the space! Application process was free, quick and easy. Madison was extremely helpful throughout the process, was patient and kind, and even checked in with me a week into being here to see how I was settling in. I have a service dog, and Anderson Communities was an absolute dream to work with about that. My previous rental had me jumping through hoops to get my medical equipment approved, Anderson had a simple, legal and painless process for approving a service dog. When they say Equal Opportunity Houser they mean it. I had one complaint while living here and before I even brought it up, Anderson Communities was already taking steps to fix the issue. The apartment is clean, functional and perfect for me. The location is great, lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. there is a walking trail and dog park on property. There are plenty of dog waste stations across property which are fully stocked with poop bags and the trash cans are emptied frequently. There is plenty of parking and even visitor parking spots and easy access to main roads like circle 4. The location is perfect for short trips to local parks that are about 10 minute drive away, perfect for running dogs. The property is conveniently located in a decently busy area, but is tucked back enough that it is fairly quiet even during the busiest parts of the day. The walls are pretty thin, but my neighbors are all pretty quiet and keep to themselves. The staff has been nothing but kind, respectful and helpful. I haven't needed to call maintenance yet, something I had to do 3 days into living at my previous rental, and all the appliances have worked perfectly. The shower is really nice, the tub is huge, and there is tons of space in the bathroom. Highly recommend living here, I see us staying for quite a while."
