"Am not a tenant here but my mother-in-law lives here. My wife has called numerous times about the bed bugs that are severe. She didn't have them when she moved in. On top of that she has been using plug in heaters while the furnace did not work until my wife called to threaten them with legal action. So my sister-in-law which is the younger daughter called them and they say we have not called or let them know of the bed bugs. We'll look back at our comments and tell me know one has called. My mother-in-law spent 5 weeks in the hospital with various heath problems and the one thing doctors couldn't believe the amount of bed bug bites on her entire body.So you are being put on notice that legal action is soon on the way. You people running this place should be ashamed of how you have done an elderly, sick individual"

"These apartments,as are most in the Cardinal Valley area, are run down, roach infested, out dated windows and doors, the grounds are not maintained at all from the looks of it, and this is a shame. The property has amazing potential, given some new windows and doors, minor updates on the interiors they would be great. Many other apt complexs are giving their buildings a facelift and in an effort to improve the valley, it's refreshing....i think it gives residents hope and motivation to make a change for the better but those poor residents? I can only empathize."

"Roaches & more roaches. Constant water leaks. No hot water for 6 out of 8 weeks. Had a hughe hole in my wall & ceiling that was left there for 4 months. It's still not finished 10 months later. Can't wait to get out of this Gid forsaken hell hole. Oh, i do have to say that Erica, the apartment manager is absolutely great but here hands are tied by the owner slum lord. I feel sorry for her actually. They have given her crumbs to build a city."

"I usually don't leave commentary but I have to so maybe it'll help someone else before making the mistake I made. I was told by Bradford Green apartments I had to wait on the maintenance man to view the apartment I had cash money in hand & I desperately needed a place to stay, after giving them the money for Application Fee, First Month Rent , & Deposit. I waited 2 hours maybe more for the key to go view the apartment. She walked me up to the place the entrance door wide open & the halls filthy & as for the unit I was given it was dead Roaches on top of the stove & when I asked the lady about it she said it wasn't a problem & it's due to it being vacant of course at that point her even showing me the unit without it being clean shown me they don't care anyway she told me to wait a while that the maintenance man will have the weather strips down & the bugs would be treated for & cleaned up. Later that day I came back & its Roaches everywhere the Walls,Fridge,Dishwasher,Stove,Cabinets & Coming out of the vents. I asked for my money back immediately & I was told "it'll never happen you will not being recieveing any money from us". I couldn't believe what I was hearing they new my situation & sat me down & told me that they would never move someone into a bug infested unit & that I could trust them & boy were they persuasive. Everything they say is a lie & beyond that the way they treat the renters is sad. The worst mistake I've ever made & it was trusting Bradford Green Apartment Staff workers. While I was in the office renters brought it to my attention how rude they were, how they didn't fix anything & that there was a huge drug issue there. Mean while they are persuading me that they are lien they just don't pay they bills on time or that they aren't clean people I should have listened don't make the same mistake I made it'll cost you more than just money but your sainty.!!"

"Awful complex full of addicts and bed bugs. Worst part is the maintenance/manager, he is dope dealer, thief, and pervert caught him in my apartment for no reason multiple times, he had an affair with my wife while I worked, and he was arrested for stolen property which he obtained from breaking into residence cars. unless you are an addict who owns nothing of value and no woman I wouldn't step foot in this place"
