"Me and my fiancée toured here recently. And we absolutely loved it we toured about 13 places after originally picking about 40 and narrowed it down to those 13 to tour. This was the absolute best. Sidney was our tour guide, she had the most superb customer service ever. Above and beyond to do anything she could. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The perfect customer service didn’t stop with her or after the tour either. Since then we’ve called and revisited and the others members of the staff are also exceptionally friendly. The apartments themselves are so spacious and clean. Very surprisingly quiet given the location right off Nicholasville rd. The appliances are amazing, closets are to dream for. The amenities are absolutely dazzling. This place is perfection and out of those 40 places that we’ve meticulously narrowed down this is the place we are choosing to live at for appropriate numerous reasons, and anyone else should easily consider this place as well."

"Beautiful and well-maintained apartments with superb amenities. The two pools are spectacular and the gym is great! The apartments have great light and the floorplans are very open. The best part? RmLexington is close to everything! Multiple grocery stores, retail shopping, a huge park, and it's only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Bonus, the office staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure the residents are happy with their living situation. We're loving living here!"

"We relocated across country from San Diego. The Ball Realty team (we were working with three different properties), specifically the RM Lexington team has been absolutely AMAZING through the whole process. Exceptional, actually. They answer the phone every time I call (I called often) and have responded to each and every email and/or maintenance request I have placed. These things may seem trivial until they don't happen when you need them to. The little things make the biggest difference, especially when renting an apartment! The Maintenance team members are polite and efficient. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments are spacious and well cared for. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for top notch service with a smile. Thank you RM Lexington team!!"

"We love our home at RM. We were new to the area and new to apartment living after many years. They charged WAY too much for our deposit (our credit wasn't good, but our references and income were). Still, we paid the outrageous request and moved in. All that said, we really enjoy living here. It's quiet. It's safe. (Number one requirement on our list when we were looking) and it's very spacious (9 foot ceilings). It's near everything we want to be near. Lacey runs a tight ship, which is good. The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance staff is top notch. Donny and his crew are great. Both Corey and Renee are personable and helpful. The off site, contracted after-hours answering service however needs some serious work, as they don't listen and can be rude. The amenities are nice but don't be dazzled by them as you can't use many of them after hours making it impossible for folks like me who work to take advantage of some of them (I.e. movie theater -- must be rented out, etc.) and the clubhouse they show you in all the pics is fairly useless to residents as it can't be rented and can't be used unless the office is open, which means using it for family gatherings on the weekend is totally out. We have taken advantage of renting the hospitality suite a couple times for out of town family coming in and that has gone very well. Good rate and always clean and nice. Overall, we are very happy with RM and plan to re-new our lease. We can highly recommend it if you're looking for safe, spacious, quiet, apartment living that feels more like a home in a great community."
