"i love the “well taken care of” vibe of the complex. there are fun community nights, little contests, and amazing staff. the amenities are amazing, best i have seen. there is a golf simulator, focus rooms for singular and group, full kitchen in the clubhouse, nice gym, very nice coffee station, computers for community use along with printers, a dog wash station and SO much more. my favorite part is all of the apartments being indoors with an elevator and a key fob to enter. (or a super convenient app on your phone that allows you to open the door for guests and some deliveries) overall they are in a convenient location and the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful here."

"Want to give some praise to the maintenance team! I seen Bradley and Logan out there shoveling snow and laying salt to keep the sidewalks clear! Also talked to Brad today and he gave me some unexpected great financial advice (since he is also a licensed CPA) and it REALLY helped me out! I love these guys! Go maintenance team!!!!!"

"Everyone (Joan, Jonelle, Christopher) at the leasing office have been fantastic during my indecisiveness. Recently I met Joan P. and she was super helpful, very quick to reply to my many questions, and put my mind at easy. It's a beautiful property and nicer than anything else in Lexington. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend at least going to visit the property and meeting the staff! They have been amazing!"

"Extremely well kept property managed by friendly and efficient staff. Close to Bluegrass Airport, highways I64 and I75. Only 2-3 miles away from major Restaurants, Opera house, Sport center, offices, park, and entertainment facilities. 1551 has many great qualities for students and professionals from out of town or local! FYI, Brannon and Logan are absolutely amazing ground engineers, they are dedicated and professional."

"Inside and out, the property is very well kept by the maintenance team. I have never stayed at an apartment complex so well kept. The groundskeeper Bradley keeps the grounds and inside very neat and clean. The maintenance tech and supervisor, Logan and Brannon are always on their job and get things done in a very timely and efficient manner. Overall, they are a good group of men and professionals that cause no problems, and I hope they are rewarded well for their diligent efforts."
