"This place is the worst and you can find so much better and cheaper in Lexington. The staff is so rude. I was getting a package the other day (which is also insane if you have anything delivered they have instructed all the shippers to bring all packages to their office instead of your door) and the property manager Nathan was talking about a tenant right out in the open. He didn’t seem to care there were tenants in the office and mail room. The things he said were so horrible and definitely violated that persons privacy which is also very scary that someone like that has access to all your information and residence. The place is so dirty however when you move out they will try to charge you for things what were already in existence. Nothing gets fixed, they find reasons to come in your apartment all the time without notice. My ring camera showed a guy entering my apartment, looking around, and then leaving and this was about 34 days after I moved in but also not an isolated incident as it happened a second time however they said they were doing “quarterly maintenance” and the guy did the same thing just came in my apartment looked through my things wandered around and then left and left the door unlocked. Another time one guy let my dog out when he came in my apt unannounced while I was at work and they decided to come in my apartment without notice or warning so that was terrifying. Another time I was in the shower and with the door open because yes I live alone so why would I close the bathroom door to shower and they just came on in unannounced and the guy just stood there. I contacted the property “manager” Nathan (who is so rude and nasty) and I asked if going forward we could schedule a specific time so I could be home so no one would let my dog out or maybe not be in the shower when they just barge in and the property manager yelled NO at me and said he was not obligated to do so and when I told him the reasons and he said it wasn’t his problem and he was doing all he was legally obligated to do. We pay an ridiculous amount to live here and he could schedule a time for the tenants sake as any properly run property does however he just flat out is not willing which says A LOT. So that sums up about how they actually feel about you- THEY DO NOT CARE If you live here GET A RING CAMERA FOR THE INSIDE OF YOUR PLACE. The place is poorly run, poorly managed, poorly maintained on all fronts. The smell is horrible too. Don’t waster your money here."

"I’ve had a wonderful experience leasing and living at Townley Park. Nathan, the manager, helped me lock down an apartment. Da’Teirra helped me find a garage that was across from my apartment building. And Britni helped me add my boyfriend to the lease at a later date. All we’re done in a matter of days each! I really appreciate the kind and quick process that came from everyone at Townley! I would recommend Townley Park for a quick and easy leasing process."

She's great and professional and made everything very easy to apply and to get all setup even through via email which helped me due to my work schedule. "My original lease with Anderson Communities was signed on November 14, 2020. I only had to call resident services one time through all these years. They arrived the evening of the day I made the call. Home is shelter from the storms, all sorts of storms. It's a big deal when people change the location of all their stuff! In my opinion, home is one of the nicest words there is. Life has taught me that success is never accidental. My Townley Park apartment came with a sense of identity, place and local pride. Civic pride brings communities together and that is exactly what Anderson Communities has created at Townley Park. 5 stars, check!"
