"Eric Hafling has given me the worse customer service I have received. To start his office had my policy so messed up that I almost did not close on my house. I still have not received a copy of my policy or know what is in it. I had damage in the Ice storm in November. A out of town adjuster showed up two weeks later. He was unhappy he was brought to Louisville and did not want to be here. He half way look at my property then made accusations. I have left Eric Hafling five message since November and still have not got a call back. My claim is still not settled even though two different adjusters have been out. The second adjuster agree there was damage but it has not been resolved. Now they want to send out another adjuster. I will not change insurance but I will make them do there job."
