"Rooms are filthy! Mine had a huge carpet stain from a dog! Housekeepers talj so loud in front of your door you can't work. Had to ask them to lower it. Front desk unhelpful. Lizzette has to be fired! It's thr hospitality industry."

"The rooms were filthy. Cleaning staff are rude and pompous. Front desk agent smells like marijuana. And even daughter asked what the smell was. They allow pets and all night dogs are barking keeping everyone up. If that wasn't enough the drunk soldiers run around like they own the place. And it only cost me $300. What a bargain."

"Nice room, room had a kitchen with available kitchen wear. TVs where a bit small and curtain in living room well not close to prevent anyone from looking in but still pretty nice. Highly recommend to get a room here. Will stay here in the future as well."

"My family was looking for a staycation in EP. Specifically wanted the pool, and they called prior to booking to confirm the pool was open, just to arrive and get told the pool is not working and we got sent next door to their sister hotel. The other hotel had the pool at full capacity. This experience was poor to say the least. The rooms were decently clean, and were nice. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and blatantly lie. This place was fine for a one time stay. Would not book here again."
