I was told 6-8 weeks at the time of cancellation and then 10-12 weeks after I kept calling asking for my money. The story keeps changing. This is from Fiesta Subaru who this company owns. I’ve called their headquarters which is viva and they won’t help and say e-mail this third party company. I’ve done everything on my end, when the hell will you all step up! I’ve been ignored by Fiesta Subaru, wrote e-mails to Viva, filed a BBB and Attorney General complaint and now calling you all today. This needs to be rectified immediately! I don’t ever want to deal with Fiesta Auto Group/Viva Auto Group in the future due to this treatment I’m getting."
