"My child turned 2 the first week of November and we were told the payment decreased to $180.. when I let the director know they’d charged me an extra $90 she told me she handle it and NEVER did until I reached back out a week later after being charged a full $190 again. Then switched up the conversation we had by saying the fee had changed for 2 years to $190 so they didn’t have to fully reimburse me. I spoke to three other parents and they weren’t even notified that the rates had gone up. Didn’t give anyone an update about the rate change at all. There were also many instances where they would bring my daughter out into the freezing cold with no shoes, socks, bottoms or a jacket. I really did like some of the team but the rest including the director was VERY unprofessional."
