The receptionist lady asked me who was the doctor toy other children and when I told her she told me to just stay with them with the baby and hung up!! If you need a new receptionist with a great customer service attitude contact me !!"

"It is not for the Doctor! But I felt frustrated how i was being treated by the lady in front. They need to be trained proper customer service. The lady was rude to me without even apology. I rescheduled my baby’s appointment for today. I was informed to come at 11am. So when I came in, the receptionist just said they can’t do for my baby’s appointment cuz they don’t do for 11am. I was asking why i was told to come in at 11am? but they couldn’t answer. I have my own appointment supposed to be at 10:30am. I cancelled mine just to come to my baby’s 11am appointment, and they just told me they can’t do anything without apology and sounds rude. Receptionist needed to be trained proper customer service and knowledge."
