"If you have family don't do it, small children, don't do it, Keeneland and couple of single make last case scenarios. Down out go for it, no security deposit go for it, out of Towner don't know location perfect, Mexican Central American South American perfect. Rooms outdated management responsive it is only lacking in rooms compared to other hotels if same age but more ups than downs."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I have never been to a more DIRTY NASTY place n my life! On top of that they r all so dishonest that they can't keep their lies straight! The owner walked n on me naked after I said not to! They took our money for the weekend & then kicked us out after paying & after the owner walked n on me! One of his employees quoted us a price for a room then took everything we had & then the owner got more out of it so when we were unable to pay the difference we were kicked out!! Then he said he had no record of any transaction& kept our money!"
"The management is great, but it's mainly for homeless people. There is at least 2 arguments and police called every week.Hard to get in and out during peek times through the weekdays. Rooms are big and homey. Day to day rent is $100, so it's expensive."
"Definitely roaches. I had to kill a couple in the shower so my girlfriend could shower. Also one towel when two adults was the check in? TV was ok but no remote. I asked twice and still did not get one. No ice; recommendation from staff was but some across the street. Plugged in the unplugged mini fridge. It did not work. Kept it snacks in there anyway to avoid roaches. Out down my sofa on the broken table and my girlfriend said, "put on the cap, you don't want bugs in it!" Rough at $75 a night."
"Thanks for the roaches, maybe next time spare the $10 for some raid before you invite guests in, if you want a good review. Had to stay here temporary until i could find a living situation. Spray'd roaches non stop and never could kill them all. You'd think at the price of $400+ a week they could afford to do something with that place, like idk make it decent. First day, i had to make them change the sheets as they had brown stains on them. TV worked fine, Mini fridge was nasty as somehow the roaches were living in it. Could not have any perishable items in the room as roaches would devour it. Pretty gross and the sad thing is i have to live with this memory and suffer a financial loss. Best to sleep in your car and save your money for a place."
