Extended Stay America - Lexington - Nicholasville Road

"You get what you pay for . Was in a pinch waiting on new house to be ready , experienced sudden unexpected delays . It’s difficult to find places that accept pets on short notice. But , my cats and I stayed there for almost three months. Rooms aren’t the four seasons , outdated, but they are clean . Some sketchy individuals hung around sometimes and you can probably get high off the devils lettuce just stepping outside and going to your car . Walls are a little thin , sometimes I had to wear my AirPods in addition to my sleep machine. Wi fi sucks , I recommend bringing your own router if you can or you can upgrade for a faster speed for a fee, but don’t know the deets. Staff in office , house keeping , and maintenance were very friendly and responsive with your needs and concerns. I heard horrible stories and read terrible reviews and was skeptical but wasn’t terrible other than just having to live in a hotel room with my 2 poor kitties."

"Terribly managed hotels have several employees living there and working there which is against company policy and one of them is trafficking narcotics and management knows and allows it to continue"

"The staff are very informative and friendly. They help if You need anything. While housekeeping was understaffed the front desk went above and beyond to assist when needed. The room we were in was very clean and everything worked as it should. Very quiet overall. Highly recommend"

"Me and my partner tried staying here and when we got there no one was in the lobby to check us in and it was locked. It was another group of people there with the same issue. We had to book a room somewhere else and they still ended up charging us for a room we couldn’t even check in to. It was easy for them to take our money but couldn’t even get their job done. Would not recommend!"

"This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Very unorganized. Doesn’t matter what time you come wether it be 3 in the morning or 3 in the afternoon. Guarantee the service is trash. They are all unprofessional. And they all don’t want to be here so image the service you will get stepping into those doors. I would rather be homeless than to sleep here. You"
