"Went into this store a few times, and every time I’ve dealt with someone different. Each individual was rude and lacked customer service experience. I haven’t been back since. 3 strikes and they’re out of a customer. DEFINITELY don’t recommend this place, I’d rather drive down the street to a hole in the wall liquor store than spend my money here"

"I was in the store and there was a young man believe his name was Dean. He helped me pick out several items . Such a professional attitude. I'll be coming back for sure. Warren I came in this past Friday to get wine for a birthday the clerk pick out his favorite turned out perfect they loved it. You couldnt ask for more knowlable and friends bunch of people . "First time visiting a Twin Liquor and wont be back. Employees pretended to be helping me. One pretended to be searching SO hard for an item near me. I was racially profiled. Bottom line. And I understand that inflation is high, crime is up. But as a paying customer, I resent the fake service in an attempt to watch me. And to top if off, the selection there sucks. Since he was following me, I asked if he had a certain Pinot Grigio that I drink. They didn’t have it. Asked if they had a certain champagne I drink. They didn’t have it. I’ll continue going to Spec’s as I usually do, where they have the brands I like in stock, and don’t follow me around. I will not be returning to Twin Liquors."
