"I picked this office because it was linked to Norton’s and I know of their name throughout the community as well as the NICU. Today was my 20 week ultrasound and I did not have a good experience. Everyone says that it’s magical and so exciting but Associates took that away from me. First, I waited over an hour to go back. No one informed me of the wait and many people were late to other appointments. I invited my mother and mother in law with my husband as well. When they called me back they said that they have a policy that only two people can go back with me. Not once did any employee nor doctor tell me this policy. Even after I told them who was joining me. My mother in law had to wait in the waiting room during it. The tech that was doing the ultrasound rushed through it and ended it early stating that the baby was not cooperating and I will just have to come back in 4 weeks. The ultrasound lasted maybe 15 minutes. The pictures that were given looked rushed and blurry as well. After I got out of the ultrasound, I was sharing the pictures with my mother in law when they yelled at me to go to my doctors appointment because I’m late (when I was late because of them). They wanted to close their office and we were the last ones. When I went to the doctors office, they told me that I will have to start my first payment of $500+ without splitting the money up for my HSA accounts. No one informed me that the payment would be today. I also spoke to the doctor when I got back and explained the issue I had regarding this policy. She explained that it happens more times than not because new employees have been there and because of this, they had to send an email out (which is how the doctor knew of the policy). This has been an overall awful experience and it ruined my 20 week ultrasound experience. I’m very upset about everything that happened and will be looking for another office."

"Great doctors office both locations get you in and out quickly. Dr boyd was my doctor but due to not having a car when he was at the other location i had to see other doctors which was fine cause they were all nice. Dr. Boyd delivered my baby and made each visit comfortable, fun, and quick. Love love love him. The only thing you have to be careful of is asking to see a specific doctor and always expecting it to be at the same location. You're doctor may be available but at the other office"

"Becoming an adult is already overwhelming enough especially being a young woman. One thing I never pictured was being so comfortable with going to the gyno but thanks to Dr. Boyd and his staff, Him especially, made life just a little less overwhelming. He makes sure I always leave their office satisfied as well as being confident with accurate information. Whether it’s finding the right birth control, getting tests done, or just being someone to talk to, he never fails to do everything he can to help with my concerns. He knows what he is doing while always having a comforting, positive attitude. I’ve never been let down when I see him. I will never go to anyone else & I hope he is there for as long as I need him."

"A phone call alone was the icing. Spoke to this lady about scheduling, spoke to her about insurance, spoke to her about a specific Dr. “You sure you don’t want your original Obgyn?” “We will drop you from the office if you don’t comply with our demands.” (she quoted that atleast 5 Times) “Are you sure you don’t want to call another facility?” Everything was an inconvenience and she wanted nothing more than for me to agree with all her negative commands. Never would I recommend them to anyone."

"I missed an appt with Dr. Girard on 9/27 due to a death in the family. I had to pick up and drive to Kansas. Called the office number, got central scheduling and the next available is in February. Really? My other doctors let me know it was very important to get blood work done by my obgyn. I indicated this. I asked if another doctor could see me sooner. THE SCHEDULER SAID THAT IF I SAW ANOTHER DOCTOR, I COULDN'T SWITCH BACK TO MY ORIGINAL DOCTOR, DR. GIRARD, AND THE ONLY OTHER DOCTOR I COULD SEE WOULD BE A MALE - as if to scare me. I asked to be put on a cancellation list. Finally, the scheduler asked if I wanted to see the nurse practitioner. Still 2 1/2 months out. Silly me. I should have known that calling on Friday at 2:30pm would pretty much guarantee that I would be treated like a number, talked 'down' to, and probably lied to. NO COMPASSION. NOT ACCOMMODATING. She seemed like she didn't want to deal with me. Sad. Doctor's staff can so often make a good doctor seem not worth the trouble."
