"I was probably a complete nightmare as I had a panic attack (long story) and changed my mind 3 times on what I wanted to do. They were incredibly sweet and understanding though and while I’m still embarrassed, they made it as easy as they possibly could. The only person whose name I caught was Mischelle (hopefully spelled right) but everyone was amazing. Shot didn’t hurt too which was a bonus"

"When my daughter's started going hear they were seeing Stacey Nalley. When I say a very caring outstanding person that she truly was. I'm not sure where she is practicing now but surely would love to. My daughter went in for an exam Friday and it was disheartening her experience. She is only 15 and I wasn't able to take her because I had a PCP appointment myself. She was told to undress from the waste down and they did STD testing. Well the worst part is she wasn't explained that and the person doing the swab decided to say, "thank god there's no odor". This is very unprofessional and upsetting. I spoke with the MA that called with her lab results and let her know we would not be seeing that APRN again. 15 year old's should feel comfortable in a doctors office not made felt to be ashamed or uncomfortable and cry. SHAME on this APRN!!!!"

"They need to learn how to answer there phones. Called 4 times trying to find out if it was the east or west building found it 5 mins after there 15 minute cut off time after a nurse took the time to show me where it was at from the hospital. Then I get there the lady doesn't even ask for my name! She just tells me no! And they rescheduled me. I'm normally happy with this office but they have went to complete sh**"

"First, this is not specific to this location, this is my experience as a whole. I have been a patient for four years now and had been very happy with the doctors' care and efforts to resolve some changes I've experienced since the birth of my son. However, recently it has been nearly impossible to be seen/ get an appointment. I have had a problem for nearly 3 months and have only been able to get an emergency/ follow up forexperience had an appointment scheduled for this Monday and took off work to go only for the doctor to cancel the day of the appointment right before I left the house. The receptionist that called said they had appointments available one of the next two days and that there were no locations I could go the same day. After making the appointment, I called back and reiterated that I really needed to be seen because I took off. The receptionist told me they don't make same day appointments and the nurse would have to make the decision. When I didn't hang up because I was waiting on an answer, she sounded like she had an attitude and told me the message had been sent. I NEVER received a call back that day. There were other issues during these 3 months, but this was the last straw."
