"My daughter and I walked in for pedicures and were sat at the chair for 20mins before any water was added. We both received less than mediocre pedicure that were extremely rushed and ROUGH!! Even though we had same pedi, she received the actual services and scents as described! Mine came from whatever was left in his cart! I paid for pomegranate and definitely didn’t get that either! We were not offered anything to drink until we were pretty much done. To top it all off a roach actually crawled from the nail bar to the pedicure seats, across the walkway like it was nothing. I saw it, no way my nail techs didn’t see it crawl by their feet! Not a good experience and do not recommend and will not be returning!! Left disappointed and disgusted!!"

"First time in this salon. I went Sunday to do my nails and its now Wednesday and the gel its coming off. I don't do regular nail polish so this doesn't happen. I wonder if I should go back and get them fix?! Hope they don't charge me again though because I paid $105 for gel mani and regular nail polish pedi."

"Tried this place out as a walk in for a full set of NexGen nails with extensions and a pedicure with gel polish. By far and away the worst visit at any nail salon I have ever experienced. My nails were so bad that for the first time in my life I went back to have them fixed the next day. Not even close to the inspo picture and you can see how uneven, sloppy, and amateur the nails look. Wasn’t thrilled with pedicure either and I’ll be worried about an infection for weeks based on how she kept digging around the nail and none of the tools seemed sanitary. After $145 yesterday, I am headed to a different salon to have the whole set redone. Avoid this place!"

"I enjoy coming here. I’ve been here about 5+ times all for mani’s and pedi’s. Today I came in for a pedicure and my toes and skin feel amazing. Each person is different each time but they take care of me. Service is friendly and the outcome is always amazing. I’m basic so I like my one tone, neutral colors. I recommend Sam for nails!!! Pedi, I spend about $80 & dip is usually $45-50."
