"I can't say enough good things about our experience at this Kindercare location! The director - Ms. Tierra- is so warm and friendly, and Ms. Gladys (preschool teacher) is literally an angel. The communication is fantastic. My son had an awful experience at another school, and once we moved him here he learned to love school again! They are so patient and warm, and helped my little guy who has a difficult time regulating his emotions and needs to feel loved to be successful. I wish we had moved him here sooner!"

"My toddler daughter started at KinderCare at Eldorado when she turn two and our goal is increase her social interaction with other kids and learn new skills. So far I’m really happy with the progress she made. Thanks to the guidance and patience from the director Tierra and her teacher Aruna, we noticed my daughter not only talks more, eat better but also made some friends. I love the activity feed and daily reports on the mobile App where we can keep track of her daily activities. Thank you so much and please keep up the good work!"

"In July, I was looking for daycare for my newborn for when I went back to work in August. I had only went in for a tour. I liked what I saw, I was told to pay a deposit to hold his place. I paid it knowing it was non refundable. We found a better and more affordable daycare nearby. I called this center and their corporate office numerous times to tell them my son will not be going there and to remove me and my son from everything (email list, records, etc.). He was NEVER dropped off nor did any employee from here care for or watch my son. But I still kept getting emails and notifications from them like he was going there. Now I have a debit collector reaching out to me about a balance with kindercare. Upon further investigation, this location falsified records and lied about my son going to this daycare and receiving care for the month of July. Which is all false because he was only going to start receiving care in August, it was never indicated nor did I ever put in any of the paperwork he would start in July. Now I am working to prove that my son has never came here to dispute the debit they are asking for. There should be NO reason a debit collector is reaching out to me about this balance, my son never came here. I paid the deposit and then they still have the nerve to ask for more money from my family. Shame on this location, management and kindercare in general. Someone at this location falsified my sons records in an effort to get me to pay for care THAT MY SON NEVER RECEIVED FROM YOU ALL. That alone should be severely punishable by someone of authority. If they did it with my son, I can only imagine who else they have done this to or will do this to. Please be aware of this center."

The communication is top-notch and transparency is remarkable. From the directors to the teachers to the cafe workers, everyone shares a mutual goal in helping our little guy thrive. We toured, scouted, and researched day and night for a school our baby would not only thrive in, but truly enjoy attending, and El Dorado Parkway KinderCare has surpassed all of our wishes. If you're looking for childcare or a preschool with a curriculum you can trust, this is the place to be!"

"I get photos of my baby a couple times a day! KinderCare has been fantastic. This location has teachers and administrators that are easy to work with, super helpful and sweet with our baby. I go to work knowing he's being loved and cared for. They are wonderful & I'm thankful for them every day."
