"The inside of this place is absolutely incredible. We came here for a field trip and unfortunately, the lines were a huge disappointment. There were 5 field trips there on the same day. The first thing my son got in line for had a 40 minute wait. Several kids just sat around because they didn’t want to wait in lines all day. Don’t blame them. When it got down to having 20 minutes left of our field trip we couldn’t do anything because we didn’t have time to wait in line. Open more stores or bring in less field trips. We did 3 things and ate lunch in the 3.5 hours we were there."

"Your kids will absolutely love this place. You probably will not. It’s over 30 activities to experience with a handful requiring that you purchase that experience. Check the website so you can get an idea of the lay of land and how it works. It’s more amusement park style so be prepared to wait for each experience. Each activity lasts 15-20 mins. We thought the podcast studio was unique. Don’t skip the upstairs area. The parent lounge is really nice. Note that for a family of four with the add ons we spent $250."

"Not great for Children under 6, and many of the activities or businesses were closed on a weekend. They make kids wait over 30 minutes for the fire station when they could do multiple groups at once (one out and fighting the fire, and one training). We were not told anything about the money and how they need to pay with their z money for some activities. Overall it's ok, and good for a 1 time visit. Has the potential to be a lot better. They probably have a staffing issue which makes it not as great of an experience. The staff we did encounter though were fantastic! So close but just missed the mark."

"We love going here. It's pricey, but the kids get to do s lot of hands on activities. The only complaint is that the parent ticket is pricey and the parents can't do hardly any of the activities with their kids. Most require us to wait outside the door of the activity. It would be great if they had a parent/observer price that was lower to reflect adult options. Other than that, this place is really cool for kids!"

"Had a great time! The kids loved being able to “be the grown ups” and we loved the interactions we had with the staff. As detectives, the kids had to interrogate random people to solve a case. One of the employees, Scott, was so sweet with the girls and made their experience even better!"
