"I give the office 4 stars because of MJ. She is very sweet and kind. She listens and could relate to my frustration. The office staff is a work in progress. The lady that answered the phone on several occasions was ALWAYS rude, but I sent MJ a message on the app about my complaint and the office manager called and apologized. She knew exactly who I was referring too and promised to take care of it. Every since then the receptionist have been great. The only other problem I have had is waiting for an appointment when scheduling through the app. Overall, it's a good office. BUT if MJ was to leave so are we."
"First problem was my appt was cancelled because my sons ultra sound wasn't done at their preferred location but their paperwork states that if you go else where to bring it with you which is what I was doing. Instead of checking with me first, they gave my appt away and gave me another an entire month away. Their manner was extremely rude btw! Then on my first two appts I'd asked for pull ups for my son and was told on both occasions that my insurance stated that I first try the medicine and then the bed wetting alarm (even directed me to Amazon website) before pull ups could be ordered. This information is completely FALSE!!! I called my insurance company 2 weeks before our 3rd appt and they informed me that this was incorrect and they called the office. Well surprise surprise they said I must have been confused and they denied saying that to me. My order was immediately placed after the ins co call but yes I still filed a grievance. They were milking me and the insurance company with unnecessary appts. They had said my son would grow out of it so i couldn't see the reasoning for a third appt being necessary. Im going to of course call the office to make sure the correct size pullups were ordered sheesh. SHAME ON YOU MJ FOSTER AND STAFF!!!"
"At first I was okay with them, months on end, they started to take forever on answering phones, most times they wouldn't even answer the phones. I had to keep calling them. Than once my son was a little after 1 years old, one of the doctor's wasn't please that my son was gaining weight and she wanted me to get my son into First Steps, well I work 2nd shift plus has to ride the buses. It takes me 3 buses to get to work. They wanted to called CPS on me cause I wouldn't let them come to my house at 8 in the morning. At that time, I'm getting ready for work and having to leave out of the house. I'm so sick and tired of doctor's threatening to call CPS on someone cause of their work schedule or any personal issues. I had to leave, I didn't fell comfortable going to a doctor's office and feel threaten on ever visit."
"They take absolutely FOREVER to see your child. There is no reason to have to wait a hour for your child to see their primary care physician when you arrive 20 minutes before you scheduled appointment!"
"Their billing system is terrible. They filed a claim to my insurance company with a wrong ID in 2014. Of course it was denied, which I didn't know. About one year later they sent me an invoice for the claim. When I called the billing office, they even couldn't locate the bill and asked to pay another bill and gave me an OK. I thought it was finished. Then they sent the bill to a collection company. The collection company called me every Saturday. I requested documents from the collection company and found the wrong claim . I contacted the UofL billing office and and they accepted it was their fault . They promised me that the collection company will not contact me again and the issue will be resolved. However, I found out by chance that the collection company filed it as my debt to the credit reporting agencies. The collection company said they were told to "hold", meaning not contact me but the account is live. My insurance company instructed them how to file it correctly. After numerous phone calls, I was told that the debt history will be removed from my credit report; but, it is still there as my debt( about one month after I was told it)! Still the collection record is in my file. Due to this, I have spent numerous hours and now I have to pay a penalty interest for home equity loan. One more thing. they filed another two claims wrong. My pediatrician is an in-network doc, but they filed two times as an out-of-network doc. So I had to pay more. My insurance company contacted UofL billing office to fix this; but, still I haven't heard from UofL billing. I am done with this clinics."
