"My children have been patients here since birth, over 14 years ago. The doctors and nurses are great WHEN you can actually see them. Since Norton took over I have never been unable to get a same day sick appointment and always end up having to go to immediate care. Not sure the point of having a primary care doctor when you can’t see them. I’ll call first thing in the morning, wait on hold for 15 minutes, and still get no appointment options, only told to call back the next morning - to repeat the same pointless process I assume. It’s a shame because the doctors and nurses have been very helpful and provide great care."
