"Overall we were pretty disappointed with our experience with Little Guys Movers of Lubbock. We hired them in July to pack all our belongings and move them into pods that would be shipped to our new home. There were multiple areas in which we wish things had been better, and we will detail them below. It seemed like the movers were not equipped to handle our move from the start. They were an hour+ late to arrive due to not having the correct equipment at their workplace. They arrived and mentioned that they did not have everything they should have had for the move, but should be able to get everything done. I wish the company prepared them better. Everything was great halfway through the day, but then they ran out of bubble wrap. Instead of getting more they proceeded to wrap our belongings (some fragile) in paper or not at all. Eventually when we unpacked at the new home, we noticed several items that were broken that had been only wrapped in paper - nothing in bubble wrap was broken. We stressed that more than anything we cared that our dining table would be taken care of delicately and not be damaged. We were shocked to see a mover dragging gym equipment across the table when it was in the pod. Sure enough there was a huge gash in the table. It was incredibly disappointing. The boxes and furniture were packed into the pods in a way that did not make much sense to us, with furniture diagonally leaned on each other. My computer desk was destroyed when the pods arrived at the new home. My sunglasses were lost during the moving process. I put them down onto our "do not pack" table, and an hour later they were gone. We never found them again, even after unpacking everything. Finally, they left before they were done packing. We had a full room of items that they did not pack. My wife and I had to spend 4 hours that night packing the remaining items ourselves. It was truly bizarre. On the plus side, the communication with the company was great prior to the move date. We expect some things to go wrong when moving an entire house but we were disappointed by a company that has a very good reputation."

"I sent an online request for a move, these guys called me 5 minutes later! Got me scheduled sent me an estimate and followed up every other day ! Best experience I’ve had so far with any moving company! Thank you guys very much! Great work! I own a business as well, it is very rare these days to see customer service and support like this! "I never write reviews - but this one is truly deserving. My wife and I are EXTREMELY THANKFUL for these guys - Shannon and Bryan. Truly dedicated to their work and done it with so much honesty. My wife and I are in our 60s and were moving an entire 4 bedroom home from Lubbock to Houston, TX! They guys are professionals - they treated our belongings with utmost respect and have organization skill to utilize all the available space in their truck. Both gentlemen came on time and gave us frequent updates on their ETA/ location. At the time of delivery, everything was re-assembled back to our new place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and very thankful something so stressful went as smooth as it did because of them. Thank you so much!"
