"I have never been a fan of the whole bed buying process. But Cynthea was amazing to work with, and very patient over the two days it took for me to finally make a decision. She was very knowledgeable, and incredibly funny. It was a pleasure working with her and the whole process was painless, at least for me haha. Helped answer every question I had, and really made sure that the bed and pillows being recommended fit my sleep needs. Looking forward to my new bed and will be coming back to work with Cynthea on all of our future furniture needs from now on."

"We have been in need of a new bed for several years. We weren’t sure what we really wanted but had heard about the Purple Mattress being good for joint pain. Cynthia was gracious, kind, thoughtful, and listened to both mine and my husband’s concerns for finding the right thing. We found that the firm Purple mattress and tall king purple pillows were what we wanted to try. Cynthia helped us find a base that helped support the pressure point, and it feels like we are laying on a cloud. We got the purple bamboo sheets and so far have been enjoying this decision. At first the sheets seemed heavy and I was concerned that it would restrict movement and would be hot, but they are not hot and do not seem to restrict movement. The bases zero gravity position is very helpful with back pain and is like laying in a hammock. We still have several nights to really get a good feel of if this was the best choice but over all this has been a good experience."

She is very knowledgeable about all products and is such a pleasant and talented salesperson. She set us up as a member and let us know we could use our membership to earn points, so we called her a few days later to purchase bedroom furniture and another mattress for our son.
