"I’m so very disappointed in this office. I’ve been trying for over 6 months to make an appointment for my check up. Called and called, nobody will answer nor will they call back. A few months ago I even sent a text to the Dr, received a call from someone that said they needed to pull my records to make an appointment and would call me back. Never heard from them again. Left more messages. Nothing. I REALLY liked this Dr or I wouldn’t have tried for so long. It’s hard to find someone that listens and answers your questions. But if you can’t make an appointment to see him, what’s the point? Very disappointing indeed"

"Dr. A is a very kind and compassionate man. His staff has always been pleasant and the facility neat in appearance. The parking situation is a little annoying on super busy days but I'm not docking Dr. A for that, I understand his office is located in a rented space and parking is out if their control."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. A for about seven years now and he is the best! He’s extremely knowledgeable and caring. I’ve been to other doctors that knew of Dr A (apparently they have heard him speak at events) and they seemed to think very highly of him as well. He really listens to his patients, and goes out of his way to ensure proper care is given. Everyone at the office is so nice and helpful! I was shocked to see they didn’t have many stars. I think that’s because most people only think to leave a review when they are unhappy with someone , therefore it can leave an inaccurate representative of an establishment. If every patient here left a review, I guarantee they would have a much higher rating!"

"UPDATE*** I RECENTLY HAF AN APPOINTMENT, THE DOCTOR HAF MY REVIEW PRINTED AND WITH HIM AND ASKED OG THIS WAS MY REVIEW. I WAS HONESTAND SAID MY FIRST APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE EAS NOT GOOD. HE TOLD ME BECUASE OF THIS REVIEW, HE COULDNT SEE ME ANYMORE, THAT IT WAS NOT GOOD FOR THE DOCTOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP! NOT IM SORRY WHAT CAN WE DO TO IMPROVE FOR ALL OF OUR PATIENTS OR ANYTHING. THEN TOLD ME I WAS INTITLED TO MY OWN OPINION, AM I REALLY THOUGH? BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW IM DISCHARGED AS A PATIENT? THATS FINE, MORE THAN 1 ENDOCRINOLOGIST IN THE WORLD, HOPEFULLY ONE OF THOSE CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. This place is not sanitary...how do you even clean cloth chairs in a Doctors office. The staff at the front desk when I walked in didn't say a word to me, someone walked from the back to the check in counter and was nice. The lady who called me back to my room acts puzzled everytime I respond to her question, I completed about 7 pages of paperwork(symptoms and why I'm being seen) she doesn't even read any of that and just says so your here for weight gain, so what was the purpose of completing all those papers about why I'm being seen and my symptoms if your not even going to look at them? She keeps coming back into the room asking questions about my weight that I've already listed on the paperwork and told her not even 5 mins ago. Haven't seen the doctor yet. I drove 40 mins and I already feel disappointed."
