"Dr Mandy Whitt has been my neurologist for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her care and consideration. When I first started coming here, I had had an active migraine for almost 5 months. Over the next few weeks, we tried everything under the sun and different prior authorizations were sent to the insurance company, etc. Dr. Whitt ensured that the right medications were prescribed and filled for me to get me out of constant agony. I will never be more grateful for a doctor. I just came back for my six month check up and she is just as awesome today as she was last year when all of this was so active and so painful. It was actually a pleasure to see her today versus coming in here just absolutely miserable. The office staff is lovely. Her nurse Kathy is 100% a good one and very knowledgeable as well. Thank you Dr. Whitt."

"Dr. Lauren Johnson was amazing. After years of looking for a provider who cares and can treat my mom’s seizures we finally found her. The appointment was on time. She sat down talking to us about my mother’s care. She treated my mother like an human being. Which is so important to me. I have been fighting for her care for many years. She had providers who only seen dollar signs when looking at her. Not treating her properly and over prescribing medication. Dr. Johnson created a treatment plan that satisfy all our concerns. Norton is amazing and I can’t say thank you enough."

"I drove 2 hours for my appointment and ended up lost and called the office they placed me on hold to see if someone would see me, when she got back on the line I was 8 minutes away and she said no one would see me to call the other Norton facility. I called them and they said all they could do is leave a message for the nurse and that takes 24-48 hours. After an hour of calling trying to speak to managers etc. i went to the building I explained to the receptionist she was very sweet and got another manager and that manager was able to get me back on the schedule. The front office was very kind and understanding however the ones answering the phone very cold and heartless. The doctor was very informative outside of that not very pleased with the office staff."
