An ultrasound of the shoulder was scheduled, to provide in-depth information. He was professional and caring throughout the meeting."

"I do not recommend this site for treatment. For my approx. 10 sessions at this location, I received a bill for $690. After looking into the bill further, I was able to determine they billed my insurance company incorrectly. They sent multiple codes to my insurance for the same thing so that they could get more money. When I confronted them about this, I was told that it did not matter and would not change my amount owed. Their staff is non-responsive, and your concerns will fall on deaf ears. I received my treatment in Feb & March of 2023. Fought with them on my bill for months, they even tried to send me to collections while I was actively working through my dispute. I finally just paid them $690 in August to move on. Only to receive another bill in November 2023. I have not received services here in 8 months. And I am STILL getting bills. DO NOT GO HERE. It will be the worst mistake of your life."

"I do not recommend this site for treatment. They lie about the cost of treatment and are not transparent about what they send to your insurance. I received treatment at this facility in February and March of 2023. It is now November 2023 and I am still receiving bills from them. Their staff is non-responsive and will not resolve your billing issues. I keep sending them emails and no one will reply or they pass the buck off to someone else. They will have you do easy stretches at the office and the PT is not even in the room with you. They will have you do something simple, set a 15-minute timer, and walk out. You will then be billed an exorbitant price for this service. For my approx. 10 sessions at this location, I received a bill for $690. They are sneaky and not transparent and as the customer, you will pay the price. Even after paying them $690 back in August, I received another bill in November for another $60. I have not received services here in 8 months. And I am STILL getting bills. Coming to this PT facility is hands down the worst decision I have ever made. It has been 8 months since my last visit, and I am STILL paying the price. Stay away from this place."
