"This place has switched MD so much, the last Doctor my husband had was amazing and we didnt have any problems now we have this new Dr Xiaoli Lily (Wag) MD, his test results keep coming back wrong with other drug components from the mouth swabs and this has never happen til they switched doctors, i once ask it has to be an error at the lab department my husband has never sign any bottle with his labs in it when the young black lady swabs him n leaves the room. Xiaoli Lily Wag is rude and you can't talk to her she treating people like they are drug heads when they are in pain. My husband is on dialysis 3 times a week, 2 kids in college, wife a medical assistant / in nursing school and dont need to lie and don't do any drugs besides the ones prescribed to him but some how his results keep saying positive for other stuff and when we ask try to speak with a higher up the office say we will call you back. I Have heard other staff members say other people are complaining about the black girl and the Dr Xiaoli Lily Wag.This is a serious matter and need help talking to the lab department or someone else cause my husband is so frustrated and I have to miss work next time to go help him figure this out.... please help because I will make it my job to complain everyday online about this Doctor Xiaoli Lily Wag. These problems didn't start til he got a new doctor. Thanks I never leave long messages or complaints but this has went on long enough and my husband is already dealing with life and now they want him to be frustrated while in pain."

"I have been a patient here for about 2 years now I think. I have always had great experiences with the receptionist by the name of Angela. She is always professional and luckily has a good sense of humor. As far as doctors I have recently been seeing a new doctor and he seems like he knows what he is doing and willing to help. I would recommend anyone struggling to get a doctor that hears you to give this office a try."

"I go to the Louisville office and normally have a pleasant experience with people at the office and on the phone. However I am very disappointed with my treatment by someone named Regina. She was unsympathetic, rude, unhelpful and gave wrong information. I know the information was wrong because I called again to talk to someone different and I spoke to someone named Angela. She was exactly what I needed and I’m very grateful for her help, patience and information. She deserves praise for her hard work and positive nature. I look forward to working with her again. Aside from Regina, I’m grateful to the Louisville office for their work."

"Extremely unprofessional staff. Had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, and staff was very rude with us and really didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Doctor was unwilling to discuss alternative procedures with me aside from RF ablation which would be inappropriate for someone my age. Was like pulling teeth to get an order for an MRI to see what's going on in my spine before recommending treatment. Wish I could detail the whole appointment but in two visits have been really unimpressed. No one seems like they care about the patient and saw other people in the waiting room unhappily talking to the reception so clearly I'm not the only one. Won't be going back."
