"Rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. USB charging ports did not work properly. Bathroom fixtures aged. Breakfasts were pretty good. Good central location for Bourbon Trail trips."
"cleaned well, the staff were very professional. we had an issue with our room, and they were able to resolve it quickly. the young man cared about us enjoying our stay. the other guests here seemed impressed as well with him."
"Were it not for a price adjustment, would have been a disaster with rooms unavailable even at posted check-in time. Clerks no help till management arrived. Typical room was fine as was nice included breakfast. All day coffee and good parking. For such a small town, probably overpriced..."
"We were extremely comfortable and happy to be staying at this Hampton inn. The beds were amazing and the breakfast was beyond delicious. The sheets are so soft and the pillows were perfect . We were visiting family and not there as a tourist but we enjoyed the town last night."
"My coworkers and I stayed here for a week. Three of the four of us didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, when I went to ask if they had extras, the receptionist said no before I could even get the question out (if you were just staying for one night I don't guess this would be a problem if you had a cooler). One of my coworker's toilet didn't flush correctly, another one had trouble with his bathtub clogging up. The hotel is also very long, it's a hike to get to the elevator for the second floor so keep that in mind if you are handicapped. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and it was within walking distance of at least three restaurants all of which are fantastic, it's just too bad that this is a hotel by a good company but there weren't basic hotel amenities."
