"This store, Arby’s in Bardstown, gets all my respect and love, they're always super friendly, and they love dogs, my Dewey throws a fit when I order there, that beautiful kind lady at the window that always gives my Dewey a pup cup, and he loves it, I say, thank you, and thank you all at Arby’s!! Dewey, whenever I drive by your store, he knows your store too, he rides in the front seat, he's well behaved too but he starts to whine for me to pull in, and I do, and you always love us back. Big Thank You. Blessed to have people like you in this town."

"Went late at night, food was phenomenal. Everything was made fresh & customer service was excellent!"

"This place is the epitome of trash. Food was cold, the soda coming out of the machine looked like cough syrup, and the inside of the restaurant looked disgusting, mold and dust all over the ceiling. Does the health department even inspect this place?! They should get a solid F. I hate fast food anyway but this place made me hate it even more. Shut this hole down!"

"I just wish that they had something I could have ordered for my service dog. We got the classic beef and cheeder sandwiches. There was less meat than normal and hardly any cheese. You couldn't even see the meat or the cheese when opening the sandwich wraper."

"The wait was ok. The food was bad. The fries were cold and the arbys double was actually bad. The meat was flat and old. Picture is attached. The staff was personable. The bathrooms were not particularly dirty. I’m sure they get a lot of tourists and less repeat business, but the food left a lot of room for improvement for 2pm on a Friday"
