"Whenever my wife and I are in Bardstown, we always stop in at Lee's Famous Recipe for a meal. The employees are always cheerful and pleasant, even when slammed at lunch time! With over 20 years in customer service, I appreciate great service, and this group is outstanding! The chicken was great, we love the unique flavor Lee's has, and the sides were spot on. Another great visit, and I want everyone to stop in for a wonderful meal when they get the opportunity."

"A family member of mine passed away and the funeral was today. I was unable to attend because I live in Summerville South Carolina I called and spoke to a young lady, her name was Morgan, she was very helpful. I was able to place a large order and have it delivered to the church for the family. The dinner was prepared and delivered at 7pm tonight. Thank you for your help, I know this was a blessing for my family during this time Ps. Morgan deserves a raise, she was so polite, very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Oh where to begin, first off I’m only giving 1 star because I’m not able to give 0. I ordered some fresh large gizzards, they weren’t fresh or cooked correctly. They’re hard to chew and not fresh. Then the so called large I got was the size of a small!"

"Something drastic has happened. Used to be the best chicken strips in town. Good size, tasty. Now they look like what was cut off (scraps) the good strips. Extremely small, tough. Mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they were days old. The worst meal I have ever received here. I hope this is not what we are going to see moving forward, it will destroy their business and reputation. Extremely disappointed."

"Well, the limited time fish was nice and hot and really good, but the chicken strips and the potato wedges were lukewarm at best. They tasted like they had been sitting any warmer for an hour or so. This was very disappointing since I spent such a long time and drive through to get the food. The young lady at that drive-through and it was very nice and polite, but I do not plan on going back."
