"The cashier has the best customer service and attitude. That was the best part of our visit. He was very attentive. We didn't remember his name. Strawberry blonde haired young man. He is going far in life. Very upbeat and super nice. The cook should be get retrained. The food was awful, hard noodles, old tasting meat . My guest and I were very disappointed and had to go back to work hungry. Their dining dishes were dirty and stacked all over the trash bin. Their dining area needed attention and it wasn't busy. We had the lunch special, lasagna and ravioli for me and my guest had ravioli and pizza. The pizza was dried up. Both of our meals were not even warm when we got them. We were looking forward to eating their and it was a huge disappointment."

"Worst restaurant experience I've ever had at a fazolis, got overcharged ($40 for 2 meals) and under served portions, for perspective i cango eat jonny carrinos or a local place called pisano's for that price and get a higher quality meal no question, the pic posted is all the meat sauce i was given, I pretty punch payed $20 for noodles and breadsticks, and on top of that you have the nerve to ask for a tip? How are you under serving portions and under paying staff? This has to be a non franchise establishment, it makes me physically sick to my stomach that you pocketed my money, you didn't deserve it"

"Edit2: They have a tip button now, seriously? I did a to-go order and it took a while but the worker was polite and apologized for the wait. The straws are all too short for a large and oil was all over my container. Sigh, will I ever learn? Edit: Decided to give the place another shot, Drive thru is a little slow, no big deal. Salad was gross though, it looks like it was expired and they tore the experation tag off. On a positive note, the Italian sub was really good.
