"Very bad service, I was in a wait of almost 3 hours from 11 am to 2 pm and I had already informed them that I had another appointment and even for that, they passed me around 12:30 with the nurse and she took data and information and He said that there were no rooms but that he was about to vacate one and at 1:30 pm I wanted to open the door to ask if they would help me, what was my surprise, everything was locked and there was no one at the reception or in the next room, it bothered me. a lot and I left because I consider that they should have told me that they would not attend to me on time and that if I liked to return at another time, but not even that when I left, they had kept my documents. They called me to tell me that they had them and that I should come get them but at no time I received an apology for such poor service and I didn't want to argue there but it's no good that just because it's time for lunch they'll leave you there waiting saying that they won't be long and that they'll leave and there's no one to talk to I think there are ways to solve things and their motto is CHILDREN ARE MY PRIORITY oh something like that and nothing to do with it is my experience and I hope that if they decide to go the same thing won't happen to them because they feel the helplessness of not having good, friendly service."
