Burger King 3585 West Alton Gore, Brownsville, TX 78526

"I visited this place one week ago and the middle aged man at the cash register was rude. My mom saw an advertisement about a free Whopper meal with the Burger King app and made a joke to the cashier "How can I get my free meal?" But she was obviously joking, she knew if we already had an account we can only receive the deals that were available to us, and the cashier didn't say anything other than trying to explain to us something about the app. Lighten up and have a sense of humor, she was just trying to lighten the mood and was joking around. So we were taking our sweet time deciding what to order, I was going over deals on the Burger King app and telling who I was with the meal deals they had. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant, no one behind us in line. The man kept trying to explain how they don't accept restaurant codes from the Burger King app, that we would have to place the order on the app to pick-up in the restaurant, but he failed to be descriptive as I didn't understand him even though he tried telling me like 5 times. He clearly got annoyed and upset that I didn't understand him, but he wasn't very descriptive, and clearly he was impatient with us not knowing what to order so he looked upset and sent another guy to take our order with a disgusted irritated look on his face. My mom laughed it off right in front of him and called him out on being mad. I then lost my cool and said in an aggressive tone "I hate Brownsville, I hate the people here and I hate everything is so different." And the cashier I mentioned earlier looked even more angry. The new cashier that he sent to help us didn't seem like it bothered him at all, he was actually patient and he did nothing wrong. So my mom said "let's go. He's clearly mad and they're going to do something to our food. I don't want to eat her anymore." And we turned around and stormed off and went somewhere else. I will never return to this location, this place has terrible customer service."

"I went to have breakfast the other day and I ordered the delicious French toast I dined in so I could eat them fresh and hot and I really enjoyed them!"

"The only good thing about this store is the fast service. However there is a clear false advertisement. I tried to use a coupon which stated "one per customer" I requested to do 2 seperate orders and was granted that request. Just to be told the coupons are one per vehicle. When I pointed that out, the employee just said "yea ok" Terrible. I had to go through the drive thru and had my passenger get off in order to use both coupons. Even then, while my passenger was inside the lady at the window was staring at her with an angry look."

"5 star service here all the time. Burgers and fries are always hot fresh and delicious .Employees are courteous and restaurant is always clean."

"One of the few restaurants left with a play area. This is probably the biggest reason we come. Our children love climbing and sliding. They trully rnjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly. Not once have I seen as if the employees hate their job. Really seems like they enjoy working here. It is always clean and well kept up."
