"The clinic itself is great. I would give it five stars. However, reaching anyone at the clinic or even making an appointment is time consuming and difficult because calls are not answered at the clinic. They are answered by a service in New York and it takes 10 minutes just to give the information to prove your identity before they will even speak to you. Refill requests are take forever and leaving a message for the provider is even worse. It would be wonderful if the calls were handled by staff in the office like in the past and at most offices. Edited to add: I was just on the phone for 50 minutes trying to ask for a referral and ended up having to call a different extension and ask for a doctor call back instead because I never got through to the referral line."

"I was extremely impressed with the service my children and I received at Village Medical on 11/25/23. I was taken aback at the rudeness I received from the front desk at Benton Fast Pace and was honestly just ready to go home and try again tomorrow. We were all feeling pretty crummy so I decided to give Village Medical a shot. I first spoke to Julio, a young man at the call center, who advised me the Murray location does still take walk ins and would be happy to see us. Then the lady who assisted us at the front desk was kind, funny, and was able to get all 3 of us scheduled with the same provider at the same time, saving me from nearly an hour wait between my kids visit and my own. We were checked in and in the exam room in less than 30 minutes which for a last minute same day appointment is incredible. The medical assistant Rachel was very friendly, funny, and so efficient. She made my kids feel comfortable and really listened to our symptoms/complaints. Misty Sanderson, NP was just as kind and caring as the others and promptly sent over our scripts. She encouraged me to let her know if we needed anything and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing out the door. We will absolutely return to this office when we need medical care."
