"I got an appointment right away. Sat there for 2 hours and all they did was x-rays. And then tell me to come back a week and a half later. I was having a problem at the time and needed the tooth taken care of that day. Very poor communication with Aspen dental. I do not recommend!"

"Dr Gram was great. He is kind , fun and professional. His assistant Taylor was helpful, attentive and great personality. They both made the dental experience relaxed, and comfortable as possible. The dental hygienist refused to provide me with a regular teeth cleaning stating I needed a deep cleaning and professionally she was not willing to provide a regular cleaning. I told her I did not want to pay for a deep clean and she urged me to get a loan or press my insurance company to pay for it. I want to use my dental insurance on other dental care to include a regular cleaning. Surely I can get a regular cleaning somewhere. "The Doctor and staff were very attentive and explained my situation very well. I also appreciate the fact that I can make arrangement to make payments because the procedure I am going to go through is intense and going to be extremely expensive. There is also medication that no insurance will help with at all and is $81.00 per tooth (and I have over 800) to be attended to and this is very concerning to me because I am Disability and it is below poverty level. I want t take care of my dental conditions but the cost is overwhelming. I am thankful to have a staff that works with me. However I am concerned about the expenses."
