"My son needed a procedure done for his orthodontist. The orthodontist went to Sullivan Dental and told Gabe exactly what needed to be done. We went in for the procedure, were told our insurance covered the procedure, Dr. Gabe did the procedure. The next week we went to the orthodontist who said the procedure was done incorrectly so we had to go BACK for another painful procedure for my poor child. THEN they charged us $400, because apparently the front office lady is a complete idiot as well! The procedure was in fact not covered, even though she said BEFORE the procedure that she was positive it was covered, even supposedly looked up the code to double check! I wouldn't go back to this place to even let them clean my dog's teeth! BEWARE!!!"
